Having successfully led and launched 100+ UK property developments in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen, Tin has gratefully gained a reputation for devising smart strategies and tenacity to spot good deals for buyers.

Tin co-founded Pitchbook Property, intending to level up the buyer journey, noting how customer service and satisfaction is key to a successful organisation. Prior to this, he successfully led and formed two high-performance sales teams marketing and selling overseas property in Hong Kong.

Jacob accumulates over ten years in the real estate industry specializing in Hong Kong, Singapore, and notably, developing Southern China markets for overseas property. 

His achievements include successfully leading and creating a high prole sales team at Cushman and Wakefield, emulating through with a recent start-up, and challenging long-established real estate firms. The prospect of a challenge is second nature to him; hence he co-founded Pitchbook Property to continue the success. He is an avid fan of boxing in his spare time!

Having worked for both agency and developer (Berkeley Group), sides, Lawrence greatly understood the real estate business over his career spanning seven years. He specializes in the capital China markets of Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen. 

Before heading up the Greater Bay Area expansion in Southern China for Berkeley Group, Lawrence successfully created the Shenzhen IPM team for Cushman and Wakefield. He has been responsible for over 50+ events across China, representing top-tier UK developers. 

Lawrence is a dedicated Fantasy Premier League manager!

Before being a real estate broker, Olivia enjoyed a fruitful career in the luxury diamond industry. Her impressive sales record spanning the last five years displays her depth and knowledge of how to help buyers find the right property for them.

Her notable achievements are being the number 1 top grossing broker for three consecutive years, quickly identifying suitable properties for buyers. She deeply understands what buyers are looking for.

Olivia is in charge of the sales team and continues to focus on brokering the right properties for our buyers with customer service at the forefront.

In her spare time, Olivia is a wake surfing enthusiast!
