Repeated Reminders

We have a full-fledged CRM system that helps us connect with clients in a much better way. Two months before your property is completed, our system sends out automatic messages reminding you to sign up with our lettings service and prepare the property for marketing to prospective tenants.

We stay on top of it so you don’t have to.

Furnishing and Handover

Our work is not just limited to helping you find the right tenant. If you need assistance furnishing the property or installing any kind of furniture, we’re there to help you out.

For handover, we have connections with partners who will physically inspect the property to ensure there is no damage. If there are snags to be addressed, this will be taken care of with the developer directly, so you don’t have to.

Finding a Tenant

A month before completion, the property will be placed on the lettings market to generate interest and minimize the void period. Tenants are sourced and an offer is sent to you for consideration.

We understand that there are legal formalities, too, that need to be followed when entering into a tenancy agreement. But you need not worry when you have Pitchbook Property by your side. We will take care of the tenancy agreement and ensure you are kept in the know.
