英國的空調

隨着氣候變異,英國物業對空調的需求量增加是可以理解的。

根據英國商業能源和工業策略部最近的一份報告,英國不到5%的家庭裝有空調。而最近的熱浪顯然引致英國家庭對風扇和空調的需求量。

香港的物業與英國物業有所不同,香港物業基本上每個單位都裝有空調。事實上在1980年以後建造的項目通常在牆上都裝有一個專門的槽,以給居住者安裝空調。所以對於很多香港人來說,很難想像物業內沒有空調。

英國每年當中只有數天會經歷沒法忍受的熱天氣。所以大多數英國居民覺得空調是不必要的。少數人會投資裝有空調的物業,擁有中央空調的就更少了。英國物業的建造是為了保持恆溫。從歷史上看來,英國住宅設計的目主要是保暖。

然而最近英國夏天的高溫令對減溫系統的需求量不斷增加。發展商一直在尋找吸引投資者的方法。以滿足對需求量的增長,新建物業開始裝有空調,而傳統物業也正在尋找安裝空調的方法。

發展商如何開始調整滿足對空調的需求量?

全球氣候正在發生變化。在未來數十年來,對降溫系統的需求將會增加。發展商當然不能忽視這些變化,而他們正在朝這方向去尋找新的科技技術發展。

為了應付不斷升高的溫度,發展商正在轉向發展能夠提高冷卻系統的技術。現在也開始有可持續空調系統。現代化的空調系統具有加熱和冷卻功能,環保空調系統有多個好處:

1.  降低能源成本

憑藉先進的技術,空調機組不需要太多的能源。現代空調系統小型、高效,運行它們所需的電量顯著降低。

2.  更可靠

現代空調系統更可靠。除了 它們的使用壽命更長,製造商也提供更長的保修期。

3.  減少有害排放

可持續空調機組減少了運行空調系統所需的能量。它們可通過減少有害排放來減少碳足跡。

4.  管理空調使用的法律

根據法律要求,擁有超過 12kW 空調系統的物業必須定期進行 TM44 檢查,以檢查系統的效率、進行尺寸審查、獲得有關未來改進的建議以及獲得更換建議(如有需要)。

可持續空調是一項值得投資的項目。香港投資者可以在英國享受使用空調,而不必擔心環保影響。
